Principal Actor Contract

    Independent Contractor Agreement
    HERE'S TO THE MIDDLE
    As an independent contractor, I agree to partner with Bayou Daydreamer Studios LLC to act in its production of HERE'S TO THE MIDDLE for a compensation of $15/hour. 

    I give and grant Bayou Daydreamer Studios LLC as well as its respective licensees and successors the right to edit, use, publish and copyright my name, voice, picture, portrait and likeness in all media obtained during the production of HERE'S TO THE MIDDLE. 

    I give and grant Bayou Daydreamer Studios LLC as well as its respective licensees and successors the right to use, publish and copyright my name, voice, picture, portrait and likeness in all media and types of advertising and promotion of Bayou Daydreamer Studios LLC.

    I also agree that all films, videos, photographs, audio, or interviews of me used and taken by the licensed parties are owned by them and that they may copyright material containing the same. If I should receive any print, negative, or other copy thereof, I shall not authorize its use by anyone else. 

    I understand that the aforementioned films, videos, photographs, audio, or interviews may be reproduced and distributed and that although I will receive a one-time compensation for use of my image and or voice, I will receive no additional monetary compensation for my appearance on this media. 

    I understand that typing my name below signifies my agreement with the terms and conditions defined in this contract.
